It helps so much to be part of a sangha and I feel that coming here is such an important part of my practice. Jamie welcomed us when we had never meditated before and over 2 years we have had wonderful conversations that have deepened our understanding of Buddhism and spirituality. The guest speakers are a great experience too. I would recommend this Centre to everyone and suggest you take the meditation courses too.

I only had a chance to visit the center once before heading out of Bangkok, unfortunately, but it was a lovely, serene place - a place to take a break from the chaos of Bangkok. I wish I had more time to enjoy the center and participate in its offerings. Highly recommended!!

Uncomplicated, easy meditation experience without 'adornments'. The introduction course is wonderful and very practical, you can start meditating without any additional instruction. The best one I have done so far.

In my opinion the best way to experience meditation without strings attached. One can just drop in and experience straight away with sufficient guidance. Then, Jamie explained what Shambala is. It was to me the best way to be introduced. Thank you �
