About Us Founded by Master Patricia Duchaussoy, a former dancer with 30 years experience and one of Asia’s best Pilates Instructors. She opened Bangkok’s first professional Pilates Studio in 2004 and helps people to change their bodies since over 20 years. The Pilates Station – First in Bangkok since 2004 In 2004, Patricia Duchaussoy has established Bangkok’s first professional Pilates Studio, the Studio31. Due to Patricia’s professionalism, passion and dedication, the Studio31 became a highly appreciated place and the number of students increased continuously by word of mouth. Since February 2009, Patricia and her team have helped and trained thousands of people at The Pilates Station Bangkok. Known for our friendly and personable approach, we conduct our classes in small groups to promote greater learning and interaction between our instructors and students. We are dedicated to excellence, offering different programs to meet the varied needs of the students. We design each program to fit each individual’s need.
