My name is Raj Palsingh, and I’ll share the story of how “HipsterYogi” became my ID at the bottom of this page, if you are interested. There is an ironic twist to the story.* Yoga means to bring Union. Union of the individual self with what the Universal self. The Universal Self is basically the Universe and everything in it that dances in the wondrous harmony of the divine. So essentially, Yoga is a Divine Experience. Yoga is a Divine Experience and Yoga is also a tool. The discipline and practice of yoga, with its postures, breathing, chanting, and meditation has the eventual goal of experiencing Yoga – that of coming into union and recognizing the same light within all. One goal here is to that we not only speak honestly, it is also that we make an honest living. A bigger goal I have is to instill inner vibrations within each of us that we become co-creators in this amazing world we live in. The biggest goal we have here is to change the value paradigm of the world and focus on abundance instead of excess. We are to embrace the light within us, the truth that defines us, and the physical world that we experience. We are to understand that all energy and matter are connected, and so is divine, and to share that experience with the world. We strive to make Yoga teachings accessible and affordable.
