I empower busy people to get control of their eating patterns and help get stronger and free in their bodies through my yoga and nutrition coaching. I teach traditional Hatha yoga, Thai yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga. I also have movement and mobility classes where I incorporate yoga movements to make my students stronger and more flexible.
