We did a try dive at Assava on our holiday and we had a great day! Very nice and experienced people. Our instructor Juan was really kind and he was making sure all the time that we were having fun and tried to make us feel comfortable, especially since some of us were a bit nervous. Unfortunately, I stopped early, because the equalizing and breathing did not work for me at that moment, but they were very understanding about that! Also, they arranged a pick-up at our resort and brought us back to our resort at the end of the day. Overall great service and definitely recommend this place.

First fun dives! Professional and friendly instructors. I was anxious and scared of deep waters but Derek, our instructor, was very nice and patient. Karim came to assist on the first two dives and was very helpful with useful tips. Koh Tao itself is wonderful for beginners like myself. I recommend Assava Dive Resort for your first and next dives 🙂

Friendly staff and dive instructors. convenient location. My son(11yrs) and his classmate both took Classes with Derek, who is a passionate diver and professional instructor. Both kids enjoyed learning with him, every part of the lessons. He is patient, focused, cheerful and very good with kids. I highly recommend this dive shop for family and kids who wanted more personalized coaching in a small group.

Simply fresh top service family feeling Resort with very well kept clean facilities. Has enough of everything one would need to be comfortable with five star service and kindness. We were picked up at the pier, when we needed taxi ride to Sairee Beach they were able to help several times to take us. Very new bike rental and good water sports equipment rental. Swimming pool is wonderful and deep salt water pool. Room with comfortable beds. Could improve on re designed of bathroom/toilet. The shower should be separate from toilet and have more shelves for storing toiletries. I like when toilet is kept dry and separated from shower area. Great food selections and flavors. Super team of professional staffs with service minds. Khun Pang the manager is very cordial and do her utmost best to accommodate. Very kind to let us check in early as they had available room and later check out during low season time. Please support all local businesses in such times of needs. They do fantastically during such times. I was in heaven. Came with my mom and daughter and stay at room with pool view and accommodation for 3 in a room. Comfortable beds-King and twin.

A perfect place if you are looking for a quiet familar area with a friendly and professional staff. Restaurant in front of the ocean, 5 Star Padi dive center for all levels in a relaxed atmosphere. Also snorkeling, kayak.....in a protected bay.

Great dive resort. Very kindly and always helpful staff. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. All the instructors supported me during my diving courses in small groups perfectly. The courses can be done in several languages! Had a great time with all of you! Thank you all! Hope to be back soon. 👍😊

Fabulous property stayed there for 5 nights, primarily went for diving but this place is so self sufficient one does nt feel the need to go anywhere else, the staff, chef everybody is so helpful and friendly its a home away from home..

Faultless service, comfortable amenities, beautiful staff all on a quiet beach!!! You can find everything you need in easy walking distance if you wish to venture out but believe me you don’t need to!!! Loved this place ... will come back ❤️

Assava is my second home! Been here three times already to do my Advanced, EFR, Rescue and Divemasters. Great dive school, small groups and professional instructors. The resort is beautiful, gardens are well kept and the rooms are spacious and clean. Staff of the Cove Restaurant are amazing ❤️
