ABSOLUTE FIT

Absolute Fit is a new style of yoga designed by the Absolute Yoga team that is fun yet challenging, focusing on the amazing fitness aspect of yoga to help tone up the body. We have taken the traditional yoga asanas and organized them according to modern principles of anatomy. It is a yoga series that raises your heart rate giving you a cardio workout similar to circuit training at the gym but still focuses on the basic fundamentals of yoga such as core strengtheners, back strengtheners, hip openers, balance and upper arm strength.
