A great experience. Instead of living in my head for a week, it was a week of invigorating exercise and clean food. (A huge change from vending machines, chocolate bars, potato chips,KFC and pizzas). The programme was varied and individually tailored ( I did ‘rejuvenation’ rather than detox). The staff were kind and thoughtful and it was a melting pot of people from around the world. No hesitation to recommend.

I recommend going to this place, this program has improved my health physically as well as mentally. I’ve became more cautious of the food to put in my body and that a healthy body and mind is absolutely crucial. The workers here are friendly and hardworking, and the rooms are simple and clean. 10/10 recommend.

I have just had the most wonderful experience at New Body and Mind. The programme was excellent, with just the right balance of exercise and downtime and the food was to die for. We did the 10 day juice fast with 2 days of “clean” food at either end and I lost 7kg! The staff are what really makes this place special though. From Alessandro’s management, to all the other people who are there to take care of you and help you on your journey...AMAZING! Thank you all for your help and encouragement and I will see you all again next year for my annual “reset”

Well what an amazing experience from day one the staff and everyone working there were incredible and friendly helpful willing to go we’ll beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible The main reason I came was to get my life back inside and out and that’s exactly what I did with there professional help and compassion I can’t say enough about this retreat but everyone should give it a go it will change you life in one form or other Good luck to everybody I can’t that you enough best money I have ever spent on me in my life Great value for money too I’ll be back I suggest everyone give it a go.

I recommend going to this place as it is absolutely mentally, physically and spiritually healing, it opens my mind to be more conscious of all the food intake for my body, even though I’m only 18, it’s good to learn all the knowledge and be aware as a young age. All the activities are easy and fun and motivating, alongside with very friendly and genuine workers that helps me with everything I need. 10/10 recommend

I spent 28 days at NBAM and had a phenomenal experience. I feel detoxed inside out, and having been back home for over a week, I have easily implemented this new lifestyle into my routine. My cravings for caffeine and sugar are completely gone and exercise is so enjoyable. I used to begrudgingly walk to the bus stop, which is 100m away, and now I skip taking the bus and walk the 2 miles to the train station! My fitness, flexibility and stamina have increased exponentially. I miss all the staff at NBAM and will definitely return!.

If you are looking for a place to detox internally and externally, this is a place for you. Especially the colonic irrigation and liver flush. I myself being more vegetarian based, was definitely conscious of where I wanted to detox and what it was they would be using and their methods. NEw Body and Mind really delivers this using herbs & natural medicine with various activities to help de-stress you from your everyday life, which has been fantastic to say the least. The staffs and Alessandro has been fabulous and really been comforting. The food is really is 10*! Definitely coming back!

After deciding to book in for the 14 day detox, it’s the best thing I did for myself. I leave this amazing place 7kgs lighter, a great knowledge of health and wellbeing and a clearer mind for my future. Everything I have learnt at New Body and Mind I look forward to taking it back home and putting it into action, especially the recipes. I have throughly enjoyed my time here and can’t thank the staff enough for making my time here fun. I can’t wait to visit again soon.

Fabulous experience, complete chill out and staff are great and attentive. Am doing the detox and they have the schedule set up so you are never hungry, even with only juice for six days. Detox and de stress at the same time. Educational as well - will be returning.

It’s a fantastic program, very relaxing, very healthy, beautiful atmosphere as well as friendly staff. Very good for weight loss and feeling fabulous.

This is my 2nd time here and I love it. It is so relaxing and at the same time you get healthy. The day starts with a morning walk followed by stretching/yoga, saunas, massages and daily exercises which changes daily. The staff cater for everyone and are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this place whether it be for a full detox or to chill out and do the rejuvenation package. I’ll defo be back again

My partner and I stayed in your lovely resort end of October beginning of November last year for a 7 day detox and cleanse programme!!! I had never done anything like that before and was very excited to experience it, especially as I had been suffering from some digestive problems and mental and physical burnout prior to our stay!!! The resort is wonderful and we both loved the natural organic layout and feel of it, as well as the peace and tranquility!!! The programme was quite intense with early morning walks followed by full days of activities and various cocktails of natural juices and cleansing concoctions!!! The staff were amazing and made us feel extremely welcome and part of one big happy family!!!! Angelle and Nou Nou and all the rest of the staff were fabulous, they even took time to come in on their time off to help my partner one evening who wasn’t feeling too well!!! We both had a wonderful time and came back home feeling so much better, both physically and mentally and with a re-newed optimism for the future! 5 stars experience actually. First of all, people here are extremely friendly, caring, helpful and considerate. They will go extra miles only to make the fasting and detoxification experiences easier for you. Secondly, facilities are decent. They provide steam room, sauna room, swimming pool, exercise studio, gym and outdoor sport activity (volleyball for example). They also host interesting workshops such as Thai cuisine. They provide unlimited mild alkaline water and strong alkaline water in an attempt to bring your body’s PH level back to its optimal level. They also do all of laundry free for you. They will make ginger tea for you, too only to make you feel less dizzy after the 1.5 hour morning walk, or the weight training exercise in the afternoon.

The experience at New Body and Mind I would recommend to anyone. You not only see result your mental clarity is amazing! The staff is friendly and go above and beyond. I did the 10 day detox and besides loosing 10 lbs it’s educated me on thing I can incorporate in my life to be healthier and given me such a clear mind it’s amazing. 100% recommend everyone should go through this at least once.

I visited New Body and Mind based on recommendation of my freind, who was very happy with the program. My aim was to detox not only body but also mind as I lived very stresfull life. I achieved both. To me the greatest advantage of this place is very friendly and helpful staff, who are always there for you. You can simply switch off and they will look after you and the regime you had chosen, tehre is no escape..:) The detox program I chose is tough, but I believe that to be strict is the only way how to achieve results. I met there nice like minded people and I really appreciated, that the whole place is dedicated to these programs, unlike other places in Koh Samui, where you are surrondd by other guest who are not on detox, are eating and you feel on your own..

I spent 7 nights and had a great experience ;) its a very basic accomodation but very clean and what matters are the results and all the knowladge you gain from being there! I would go back and another thing that makes this place so special are the people working in making sure u stick to ur goals and other guests company ;) this a place to stay if you want a strict derox program and with basic amenities - dont expect any sort of luxury i mean you get charged 200 bath just add "oil" on ur massage BUT you will see results thats what matters at the end promisse! Great experience great team!

After a 12 day detox and weight loss retreat in January I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. The staff are amazing, the programme was exceptional, the setting beautiful and most importantly the results have been amazing. I lost 6.5kg and all my health indicators improved drastically. I’ve continued with a healthier approach to life on return. I can’t thank you enough....

My wife Angela and I have just completed the 10 day Ultimate Detox program. The results have been great. This is a well structured program based on solid research. It can be challenging at times but is made easier by a dedicated caring team who are with you in support every step of the way.

My 5th visit to NBM in 21/2 years, and I will book my 6th visit early in the new year. So I obviously think their is significant benefits. We floated the idea with Peter/Patrick about starting up a NBM members only Face Book page. My 5th visit I was pleasantly surprised to have two familiar faces from past retreats also on the retreat. we though the "members only club" could share experiences, whats working, whats not working etc. I am certain we would be more open in sharing our "experiences" in a members only environment. Criteria for members "you must have done a NBM program" & Carol would be the gatekeeper. The challenge is once you get back into the real world. How do others manage this?? Until visit 6.

It’s hard to describe exactly how wonderful this resort is I think everyone gets what they need and everybody needs different things. For me I was very anxious about the process never really done a fast before or colonic. The staff very very clear, respectful, encouraging and at all times my privacy and dignity was maintained. Alex the senior consultant was very helpful in instructing me in daily meditations to offset any anxiety. Also the other guests were a lovely and encouraging bunch including drs and naturopaths all giving helpful information to a heathy life. I came away with so much information to begin to live and eat differently. The resort itself is a little interesting. The bungalows are quite clinical and there is a reasonable amount of noise from the next door ferry port. The mosquitos were there and staff did all they could to keep numbers down. The gardens were beautiful and lovingly maintained.
