The room was basic but nice enough. Staff were a mixture of some friendly and some unfriendly, but the English was generally pretty bad, the worse we had in Thailand, which did make it a bit difficult. Bathroom had warm(ish) water and the air conditioning was good, but the place SERIOUSLY needed mosquito nets. We got bitten to shreds, which was largely due to so many mosquitoes being around from sitting water on the street outside. Only other negative was whatever the cleaning product they use in the bathroom was like nuclear waste. Honestly smelt like sulphur. Someone seriously needs to get some Cif or Dettol over there or something!
