I've been studying Pilates with dr.abhishek for a while. Because I have degenerative disc herniation so I can't live a normal life. Pilates has transformed my life back to normal again. And today I'm still learning Pilates. But I can say that dr.abhishek is the best teacher I've ever studied. If you have back problems, I recommend it. It's a worthwhile health investment

My friend signed me up for a week trial about two months ago. And now every time that I am in Phuket I go at least once or twice a day, sometimes I even have three sessions. My husband said I am a yoga addict😊. The instructors are really terrific, encouraging and helpful. Great environment and my classmates are now my new good friends.
