Airbarre Yoga

Going to Airbarre helped me tremendously with my flexibility, strength, rhythm and coordination. I also gain in muscles and lost weight. The teachers are highly skilled and friendly and always push you to get the best of yourself. I not only gain great hobbies but also many new friends. I'm doing aerial yoga and Zumba and I love both! They have a wide selection of classes for everyone. The facilities are great and always cleaned.

I tried aerial yoga for the first time today and absolutely loved it! The hour flew by, it was such a good workout and you don’t even realise because you are having so much fun. Kate is a brilliant teacher; she explains what to do clearly and her calm approach allows you to trust her and your hammock right away. Can’t wait to try again!

Such a fun class! I’ve been able to improve my flexibility in just a few sessions but also my upper body and core strength have improved. The best bit it is doesn’t even feel like a workout! Great teaching, environment and people that go. Highly recommend!

Kate is a fabulous teacher and takes into consideration your health issues! Since I started her classes, my back pain had considerably reduced and I feel more healthy and powerful! This was my first attempt at aerial yoga and I am loving it! It was challenging and so totally rewarding when you can strike a pose! Thank you for making this a great experience while on holiday in Phuket. I will be back...
