I love the videos on the beach. So beautiful and amazing place to do yoga. I can't wait for the classes to go live online. Sonia and Trish are working hard to make this an amazing experience for everyone. I know I will be getting my old body out there doing stretches and bends that I haven't done for a long time, but I am determined to take better care of my body and it will be fun! ❤️👍

I was looking for yoga in Kamala district and finally found Good Vibes. Now I regularly come for doing yoga😊. Classes are comfortable for me, it is not too strong, but and not too easy at the same time. They have a mats, so you don’t need to bring yours. The teachers have a beautifully and positive energy and it is really cool. And also, it is very good practice for my English😁.

The teachers Sonia and Trish are amazing and had such good energy to customers😍. They really took their time to help and encourage all students🙏. Really reasonable price at 150 baht with their clean yoga mats. Everyone loves it- including the newbies! Only regret not going there sooner!🤗

I’ve been doing yoga with Sonia online for @ 2 years. She has really helped me learn the basics of yoga and always makes sure that I’m doing the moves correctly and with good form- even from over 8000 miles away👍👍 She’s very positive and motivating. So grateful that I’m able to have such a great teacher to help me reach my health goals as well as relax and release stress.

Finding the right teacher is key to getting the most out of your yoga practice and Sonia is the best I've come across. Her passion, energy and technical skills make her classes not only enjoyable but extremely productive. I could not recommend her enough.

Wow what an experience this was! First class all the way with the Zoom session I attended. Cant wait for the next one I take! Loved the energy from Thailand Trixie and look forward to scheduling more classes with people I work with. Studio was top notch from what I saw and the ease of scheduling is exactly what I was looking for! See you soon!

Do yourself a favor and drop by for a class. You get an hour or 2 to concentrate only on yourself and clear your head. Sonia's energy is amazing and she gets you to do a bit more than you think you can. Love her, Love her class and love how i always want to come more and more

Trixie is a great instructor. Friendly, encouraging, upbeat and fun. Yoga is a great way to improve your health, flexibility and mindset. Don't worry if your new-all levels are welcome! We will see you online.
