Unlike traditional heat systems, infrared heat technology gently warms up your body instead of the room and comfortably maintains a consistent temperature throughout your workout. Classes Hot Fit Flow This mind-body workout will make you sweat first and then leave you feeling energized & relaxed at the same time. You will move to the beat of the music through different phases of energy, starting with mobility, then into cardio interval training and finishing with stretching relaxation like a yoga class. Very fluid and a bit artsy. First timers (and the bad habit types)… here are our top five tips: 1 Hydrate. Drink water - lots of water - before class. Why? Because you will sweat! 2 Light Bites. Avoid heavy eating at least TWO hours before class. Preferably, limit your food intake to smoothies and fresh fruit, which are available for purchase from our Dryp Bar. 3 Early Bird & all that good stuff. If possible, we recommend arriving around 15 minutes ahead of class. Getting to know your sweat mates can enrich and enhance your overall experience so come on by and get stuck in. 4 Take it easy. Sometimes your first time can feel a little overwhelming, so don’t overdo it. This isn’t a race and nobody’s keeping score.
