YOGA FOUNDATION COURSE WITH HODIS KAVIAN (8 CLASSES) This 8-session course will provide you will a solid foundation for a sustainable and beneficial yoga asana practice. Each session builds on the last looking in detail at the alignment of foundational postures, the use of props and sequencing of asanas, covering standing, forwards bends, twisting, backbending and inversion postures. Suitable for those new-to-yoga or with some initial experience and ideal for students wanting detailed and thorough instruction, in a self-paced format PRANAYAMA COURSE WITH PURVA KAUSHAL (4 CLASSES) Four one-hour sessions exploring the purpose and benefits of pranayama as well as practical pranayama techniques. The session include a 30 min theory lecture and 30 minute practice. SANSKRIT CHANTING COURSE WITH LAKSHYA (4 CLASSES) Join Lakshya for four 1.5 hour lessons, introducing you to the Sankrit alphabet and pronouciation technique for Sanskrit chanting.
