Pilates is an exercise philosophy based on mindful movement and aimed towards a healthier lifestyle. It is an innovative and safe way to strengthen and shape your body using a Mat or various equipment such as reformer, chair, tower bar and Trapeze table. Pilates is more than just a trend, but rather a mind-body practice, where the mind is engaged to think the movement through and execute it with a deeper level of understanding. Instructors use a variety of verbal, tactile or imagery cues to guide participants towards the specific benefits of each exercise. When practiced regularly, Pilates teaches body awareness, good posture and graceful movement. It also improves flexibility, agility and efficiency of motion. Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, ZOGA is a concept space bringing a fresh new twist to your yoga life. ZOGA is more than just a studio, we want to make our home your yoga haven for the mind, body and soul. Yoga is more than just asanas, itâ€™s a lifestyle and we know that because weâ€™re yogis too. With lifestyle yoga clothes, accessories and a juice & coffee bar, we want to make a space where yogis can meet, relax and recharge before getting on the mat.
With early morning meditation and pranayama (breathing) classes, followed by 2 led yoga sessions per day, you are guaranteed to leave this retreat feeling rested and energized.
In addition, a workshop on deep backbends will be offered, to help open the front body and the heart center. This will allow you to fully embrace the positive effects of the detox.
Three days of our retreat will focus on gently detoxifying your system. Soups, fruits and vegetables will only be served. The rest of the days a healthy buffet with wholesome and delicious foods will be served. All food and juices are prepared fresh daily and are mostly organic.
The accommodation is in the form of luxury eco-lodges, tree houses and stone-built houses set amidst lush tropical gardens, statues and water features. Shared and private accommodation are both available.
Jaipur Suite (Shared)- This beautiful shared room resembles the Pink City of Jaipur. Itâ€™s a lovely suite, with two separate sleeping areas, each with a comfortable big bed. It has a spacious bathroom and a nice outdoor area, where you can relax and take in the nature. Jaisalmer Suite (Shared)- Stay in this spacious suite and let it take you away to the beautiful streets of the sleepy desert city of Jaisalmer. This suite has two separate sleeping areas, each with a comfortable big bed. It also has a big bathroom, including big bathtub, and poolside and riverside view balconies.
Jodpur Suite (Shared)- The amazing dreamy vibe of the Blue City of Jodhpur has been captured in this room. Two separate sleeping areas, each with a comfortable big bed, make it very spacious. It has a charming balcony to sit and relax on, overlooking the river and palm trees. It comes with a beautiful Zen stone bathroom with a shower and circular tub.

The Urban Studio
Located in Aspect Tower (Executive Towers) in Business Bay, our beautiful loft studio has a converted warehouse feel and is fitted out to celebrate our urban roots.
We have two studio rooms:
- The Warehouse â€“ a beautiful practice space with double high ceilings and a view over downtown, Jumeirah and the sea.
- The Loft â€“ an intimate space at the top of the stairs, perfect for smaller classes, restorative yoga and interactive workshops.
- There are shower rooms and lockers for both men and ladies, as well as a retail area and chill-out space to relax in before or after practice.

Club Stretch Yoga Studio
The Club Stretch story started in 2001 when our Program Director Brian Ward came to Dubai as a fresh graduate from The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. The mind-body fitness landscape in Dubai at that time was extremely limited and as the only comprehensively trained Pilates instructor in town Brian quickly found himself very busy. After teaching Pilates full time in Dubai for a year he returned to the US for the summer break. It was during that summer while visiting a good friend in New York that he took several Bikram Yoga classes. As a Pilates Instructor and movement educator he found it challenging but also exhilarating. It was obviously a well-organized yoga sequence and seemed to be a nice complement to the practice of Classical Pilates. This thought sparked an ideaâ€¦ After some discussions with a couple of good friends (now business partners) he returned to Dubai to collaborate on a new fitness studio concept combining a fully equipped Classical Pilates studio and a properly designed and heated Bikram Yoga studio.
