Art of Living Center ( AOL )

Absolutely recommend it as a clean, no nonsense place to invest in ones self. Different parts of our body and our Charkas ( energy centers) get affected by various negative and positive emotions. So, yesterday I attend an amazing course here called ‘Sahaj Samadhi’ that explained the importance of doing meditation from a very scientific perspective and how it helps you to regain your innocent and creative self that helps intuitive decision making.

Great for de-stressing and gaining peace of mind. Simple, practical ancient wisdom and practices that are perfect in today's fast-paced, stressful world. Sudarshan Kriya is a wonderful breathing technique that uses different breath patterns and rhythms to remove stress from the nervous system. I highly recommend it!

The best thing that has happened after coming to Dubai is that I got a big AOL family. I've become regular in doing my Kriya, Yoga & Meditation which has helped me in leading a peaceful life free of stress & tensions. I've so many AOL friends that I don't feel lonely at all. Jgd????
