Really poor experience. Social distancing not adhered in the pool areas. Room didn’t get clened during the stay. Had to wait over 2 hours for fresh towels on an evening. Used to be a lovely hotel, but would avoid now

This resort is the best I give it 10 stars All the workers very very helpful they on top of everything, room always sparkling clean valet stuff do wonderful job check in stuff and the entire resort stuff or workers I recommend this resort to the whole entire world ????

amazing service throughout the resort enjoyed my stay will be coming back. The front office personnel were amazing in welcoming their guest although im alone during my stay they make me feel life a member of their family. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends to try and enjoy their stay on the hotel

Outstanding resort . Absolutely outstanding . My wife and i arrived on the 10th jan 2018 and were treated like royalty from the moment we stepped through the doors . Overwhelmingly breathtaking hotel with luxury at every level . The staff were first class and very helpful . This is my first trip to Dubai and my first stay at a Sofitel hotel , it certainly wont be my last . We saved to treat ourselves a luxury visit and Sofitel Dubai Palm you did not let us down once . The rooms are spotless and very prestige with no expense spared with comfort . The choice of food is 2nd to none with a huge variety . The pool and beach has to be the best in Dubai and the staff are more than welcome to accommodate any wish you desire . Smiling faces everywhere i looked and that made my stay very enjoyable . Definitely coming back on my next visit to Dubai . Well done staff , excellent .

My family and I stayed from 26/12/2017 to 01/01/2018 and we had a fabulous time. We found the hotel to be family-friendly with a good selection of restaurants to choose from for dinner. Our children also loved the different swimming pools available. The gala dinner on New Year's Eve was fabulous with an excellent band providing great live music and the party was capped off by an awesome fireworks display at midnight! Welcoming the new year on the beach while watching the fireworks beat being in cold and wet London! The hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful but our highest praise is reserved for Paulo from the forecourt / lobby team who was very engaging and helpful and for whom nothing was too much trouble. However our check-in experience could have been better (so slow!) but perhaps it was a busy morning that day. We would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel over the festive period and indeed we may return there in the near future.

I arrived on Tuesday the 15th of august with my husband and 3 children . I have to say I was amazed at the standard of the appatentments . We are staying in a 2 bedroom apartment and it is beautiful . Room service clean it every day and the main bedroom is massive with all the Amenties you could need and a beautiful bath tub including his and her sinks . The food is lovely considering we are vegan the hotel have gone out of their way to accommodate for us . All the staff are very help full always have answers to questions . The children are happy here which all parents can appricate is the main reason for a family holiday. I'm in love with this place and the whole of dubia would also defo recommend the desert safari , evening time . It's gorgeous and the desert experience ticks all boxes ,fun and entertainment five star ??. So much to say about dubia and the hotel but I think I will leave it there ,don't want to spoil the beautiful experience you will just have to come and see it for your selves ??????????????????

5th time back to the Sofitel The Palm ?? with our children and as always the service was excellent, Great food and lots facilities. We always book the apartments which are larger and have kitchens which help when feeding the children. I highly recommend this hotel to any family looking to visit Dubai ???? as we feel it has the best to offer with excellent views

Best hotel in Dubai. The Apartments are fully equipped and ideal for families. The service is fantastic and the staff is caring. Kids love the facilities. Different pool options for the little ones and good in house F&B. The Apartments are spacious with plenty of space for kids to run around. The balconies are great for a morning coffee or late evening drink. Thank you Sofitel Dubai The Palm!

Hospitality at its best! Without a doubt this is one of our favorite hotels we've stayed in. Upon arrival we were warmly welcome and our booking was upgraded. The staff was extremely friendly, wide range of tasty food selection and a whole lot of facilities for kids. We had a great evening, with chocolates and fruits sent to us and was offered with special bed of roses arrangement which obviously also added up to the experience. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to us. We had a great time and will definitely come back soon for a longer stay with the entire family.

Fantastic hotel. Room and food excellent especially the fish restaurant. All the staff were very friendly and gave an excellent service especially Paul in the lobby area and Sumaldas in the main dinning room.

What a truly brilliant Hotel, staff, service, location all 5* for me and my wife. Spent a fantastic week here, just got home and miss this place. We had one small issue and it was rectified swiftly, politely and on the same day . All staff, from front desk, to room assistant were first class. Defiantly stay again ?? Keep up the good work.
