The Self Realization Meditation Healing Centre is here to serve the needs of all people, of all races, backgrounds, beliefs, and for all levels of need.The Michigan Self Realization Meditation Healing Centre exists to provide support to the general public and to those who are suffering on any level, to assist those who seek inner knowledge and personal growth in the pursuit of peace, health and happiness through meditation, yoga and spiritual living.

This Centre was brought into being by Mata Yogananda Mahasaya Dharma and her husband Peter Sevananda in response to the needs of the age we live in. In 1988 the Mother Centre was given its permanent home in Somerset, England, and has continued to grow and develop its work, both here and through Sister Centres around the world.
All the centres are run by qualified teachers, healers and counsellors, living and working together as a spiritual family, with the guidance of Mata Yogananda’s experience, love and wisdom. They aim to work with unconditional love at all times~ to offer healing and guidance to those who are suffering in life on any level ~ and see each person as unique with individual needs.
THE MOTHER CENTRE
The Mother Centre is a 17th century house with its surrounding buildings. The spacious grounds include a therapy pool and gardens for quiet reflection and relaxation. Situated in the village of Queen Camel, the Centre is in a tranquil position, while also being within easy walking distance of the village shops. The surrounding area offers varied scenic walks, and the Centre is within reach of the coast.
Overnight Retreat Accommodation, Getaways and Guided Retreats are available year-round. Self-guided retreat accommodation is offered even during most events. We welcome anyone needing an overnight retreat at a quiet, peaceful place ~ even if you are on your way to somewhere else, are in our area for a business meeting, attending classes, seeing a specialist for treatment, or visiting friends and family. Breakfast is included; add delicious vegetarian lunch and dinner if desired
Meals are delicious vegetarian, complete and balanced, and tailored to the needs of the course being held or for the type of retreat. Breakfast is an assortment of cereals, fruit, bread, yogurt, milk and juice which you may help yourself to, and is included in the room charge. Dinner includes dessert. On Sundays the lunch and dinner are usually lighter, but satisfying.
