My first experience at Barre3 was Friday in Kate's 4:15 p.m. class. All I have to say is, WOW!!! Kate's energy was so uplifting and motivating, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire class. The workout was awesome- a total body workout, and much harder than I anticipated, which I loved! I worked muscles that I didn't even know existed through a combination of yoga, pilates, cardio, and light weight circuits. Kate worked the room making sure first timers like me had accommodations, and challenged others to take it to a deeper level. I was nervous to finally bite the bullet and come to Barre3, but everyone made me feel so welcomed! I loved the mix of ability levels, ages, and faces in y'alls' studio and I can't WAIT to come back once we move to Lake Murray!
