I might get the shakes while I'm there and be sore days after working out but I keep coming back because they do it right! I've never felt so worked out before in my life, you leave with the excitement of knowing that you are for sure making progress! Plus everyone is so friendly and inviting:) I found a groupon online for two months unlimited for an amazing price which is perfect for people who want to feel it out.

I expected to feel intimidated when first visited - I was much older and in poorer shape than most everyone else there. Brenda and Katie immediately made me feel at home. And it's possible to see small body changes after even a few sessions. The camaraderie is inspiring and the atmosphere is supportive, not competitive. Thank you so much!

Barre3 is my favorite place to go after a long day of work. It helps me take time for me and invest into my body! It helps to have accountability and the one on one training from the instructors. Love this place and I highly recommend the investment!

I finally decided to try it out. The atmosphere was so open and positive and the instructor was very supportive and attentive. All levels were in the class and seemed so comfortable with each other. I will definitely be purchasing more classes.

I have never had a workout routine that I looked forward to going to until now. Barre 3 is an amazing workout with awesome instructors who are very welcoming and make you feel very comfortable as a beginner. I wish I would have discovered this studio a long time ago, can't say enough positive things about Tulsa barre 3.
