A very warm and welcoming environment. Excellent teaching that meets you right where you are and gently leads you. Jesse is generous with his kindness and respect for each individual. I feel that my practice has taken a more beneficial direction since I have been participating in the weekly classes. I'm very grateful to have Rooted In Mindfulness in the community and plan to take advantage of as many wonderful programs as possible!

Such a calming, welcoming environment. I love being in this space. Jesse is an amazing teacher. He is so calm and quiet in his teachings yet his dry wit makes me laugh out loud (or at least chortle) often. A really wonderful haven in my life. So glad I found it. Rooted in Mindfulness is a wonderful, nuturing and compassionant setting to learn meditation skills. The other attendees come from a wide range experiences including those new to meditation and others that are seasoned practitioners. Jesse Foy facilitates the meditation presenting fresh perspectives and an accepting atmosphere for all.
