Club Pilates Brookhaven

This is a place you can go to unwind while getting a great workout. Extremely clean and have a professional friendly staff. I didn't even know what Pilates was before my demo class and now I really enjoy it! Trying something new is intimidating but the staff makes you feel at ease. Thanks Club Pilates Chandon Place!!

So glad I was invited to try Club Pilates. After trying a demo class I immediately signed up and scheduled a full class. The class flew by and I felt great afterwards. The trainer was awesome and attentive to my back issues and everyone's form and questions without losing pace in the routines. I just know this will help strengthen my leg issue due to my back issues. Looking forward to a lasting relationship with Club Pilates.

I have been a member at Club Pilates for about two months now and it is really the best fitness club I have ever experienced. The instructors are very engaging and helpful to all levels of participants. Both Amanda and Sara teach well-balanced classes. They also occasionally throw in a hard session. The classes are always different and fast moving. Club Pilates offers four levels of Reformer Flow classes and three classes with extra strength and cardio training. I particularly like Cardio Sculpt which involves jumping on the Reformer.

I joined Club Pilates in 2018 and have never looked back! It is the one workout that I look forward to and always feel better when I leave then when I arrived. I tend to book based on the time frame that works for my schedule but, mostly frequently, I enjoy either Reformer Flow 1.5 or Cardio Sculpt. Amanda has been a really impactful teacher for me because I love her consistency in teaching, the way she explains corrections and how she'll take time to work with each student.

I recently travelled for an extensive period of time, and put my Pilates on hold for a month. I returned this week, and realized after how much my body feels better with Pilates. I need it for my mind and my body. I felt amazing after coming back to class, and Amanda is amazing instructor that got me right back in the rhythm of things with ease! She is a dedicated and focused Pilates instructor and I enjoy taking her classes.

Never been there, but if they are as rude in person as they are on the phone, then no thanks. I got a random call asking if I’d like a complimentary class, I said no thanks, and they hung up without saying a word in response. When I called back to ask to be removed from their call list, they hung up again. Customer service/relations doesn’t seem to be their priority.

Awesome class with Mizelle yesterday! She is great at what she does and you can tell that she loves it! She is skilled, attentive, and gives a great level of personal attention that makes you feel encouraged and really understand what you should be doing, how, and why. I can't say enough good things about Mizelle as an instructor ??

I’ve never left a negative review, however, this needs to be known that the business practices here are very unprofessional and inaccurate. After moving away I reached out asking how to cancel my membership. I was told to come in and fill a form out. Knowing that I don’t have time to stop by I wasn’t advised until almost a month later that I could send a certified letter. After being billed again for a membership I wasn’t even able to use since November, I was told they couldn’t find my certified letter. They are STILL reaching out to me (via text....)trying to collect for my membership dues and somehow have found my sent letter...but are still billing me months after this whole issue started. I am not able to speak to anyone other than someone named Brittany, who I’m not sure is the manager? It was never clarified and obviously hasn’t been resolved. Please know they are happy to take your money, but have clearly not demonstrated communicating professionally. Buyer beware.

This is a great place to workout! I never could do pilates before but Club Pilates makes it fun with all the different equipment. Welcoming, friendly staff makes the classes challenging and fun! I love this Club!?

I made an appointment for an Intro class, and it was for Wednesday at 6 pm on 07/18/2018. I received a reminder that my class is starting at 6:30 pm, then another one “sorry, it is at 6 pm” . I arrived at 6:07 pm, the girl/woman at the reception desk couldn’t find my name in the system, asking me to spell my name 6-7 times, she told me that I don’t have an appointment with a very rude attitude. I showed her that I have the confirmation messages that I had received from them - then she acknowledged my appointment, but told me “you cannot attend to the class because it is 6:11 pm and my policy is not allowing anyone to go inside and disturb the class“ after the first 10 minutes. She was the one that caused me to be late! Such an awful experience!

Club Pilates has changed my life. I have increased bone density in my spine and hips and increase strength in my core. I have more energy and am in the best health of my life. Thank you Club Pilates Brookhaven, Sandy Springs and Buckhead
