This is the only pilates studio I've tried, but it is very nice. They put a big emphasis on cleanliness, which is nice. However, it doesn't get 5 stars because their membership policies are a bit strict. I don't think there's anything they can do about it either, since they're corporate policies. For example, prepaid sessions don't carry over month-to-month, and you have to pay a fee if you get injured and have to freeze your account. The per-session rate is $25, or around $20 if you get a membership. But with these strict guidelines, it usually doesn't make sense to get a membership, because even missing just one of your four classes negates the savings.
Furthermore, my favorite instructor (Emily) recently changed careers and left. She was great because she pushed you to do your best but not to go so far as to potentially hurt yourself. I feel that other instructors push you a little too hard, even on level one classes. For example, insisting that everybody begin and end their planks at the same time.
But, overall, it's a good pilates studio... just either pay as you go or make sure you don't miss any session!
