I absolutely love Club Pilates, Highland Village! I had never done Pilates and now I am obsessed! The instructors are amazing, and not only know Pilates, but are extremely knowledgeable about the mechanics of the body movements. All levels can find a great workout and catch on very quickly. I try to go 5 days a week and never feel like my classes are the same, so it keeps me on my toes! I am stronger and more flexible since joining, and have noticed a change in body composition. One of the most surprising benefits has been a reduction in body pains and back issues. It is truly a complete body workout. Highly recommend giving it a try!
