Soumya has very good knowledge in understanding the body nature and propose treatment. I had chronic sinus issue, her medication helped in sinus reduction. Along with her treatment, I regularly did pranayama, steam( adding 1sp wheat rava), avoided cold foods, avoided dairy completely, avoided rice for dinner. All above helped me in completely reducing sinus in 3months. Sinus got back only when continuously ate frozen dairy treats or going out in cold weather with out taking care. If you are not well, that means body craving for attention. Taking rest regularly, daily yoga, walking in nature, sitting under early sun, Talking or expressing your feeling to anyone, Cooking with your hands, eating healthy foods, watching comedy will really make you strong and happy.

I have been taking my son to Kashi Ayurveda for a few months to treat his Asthma. My son is born premature and everytime he gets cold/cough that eventually turns into wheezing. I was hoping he will outgrow this condition as he grows older but unfortunately not. I decided to see Dr. Soumya after reading Yelp reviews. We started seeing Dr. Soumya in Nov, 2019 and my son has been on ayurvedic medicine since then. From 4 to 6 asthma inhaler per day has been reduced to 3 puffs per month for him. I see drastic improvement in his overall health and I feel happy looking at his progress. I am looking forward to finish his treatment and hope to see him free of Asthma. After all these years what western medicine couldn't do actually ayurvedic medicine did it. I wish I knew about Kashi Ayurveda earlier. I highly recommend her services if you are looking to cure any chronic diseases.

Visited Dr Soumya for controlling triglyceride levels which were being controlled by English medicines leading to several side effects. Simply OUTSTANDING results is just 3 months - completely changed the levels to BEST possible. Cannot thank her enough for her MOST caring and detailed treatment. Dr. Soumya has many degrees, certifications and years of experience, and it shows! She is very knowledgeable, explaining her methodology, how a certain treatment would affect you, and modifying said treatments specifically for your situation. She will ask you many questions during her assessment, some which may seem unrelated at first, but then it will turn out that those questions about certain things could be linked to your condition! She is super patient when asked a bunch of questions and is clear and helpful in her responses. She is also exceptional at reading the pulse and reading the imbalances in your pulse, which I think is a really big differentiator for Ayurvedic medicine in this area. I came in for a stomach issue that I had been having for over 2 years. I had tried other alternative medicine treatments, but none really helped. Dr. Soumya assessed me, found the root cause of the problem and not only gave me natural remedies, she gave me recommendations on what to eat and what not to eat. The treatment was helping, then after one month and another consultation, she tweaked the remedies and gave more food recommendations. That took care of the remaining issues, and I'm now a fully functioning member of society again! We met Dr. Soumya 6 months back when our kids eczema had become unmanageable and we were in a totally helpless condition. Within a month of starting the treatment we could see the results and the eczema was very much under control.
