HI-Performance Pilates, LLC is a progressive fitness studio exclusively offering quality Pilates instruction. We regard every individual body as unique and precious, and we create individualized programming based on the needs and goals of each client. We teach in the style of Body Arts and Science International® (BASI Pilates®). All of our Instructors have completed their Pilates training through BASI Pilates®. Uniquely versatile, the world of BASI Pilates® approach can be adapted to the needs of a wide range of people, from those with limited mobility in rehabilitation, to the elite athlete. The studio is conveniently located in the Kapahulu area of O‘ahu, near Waikiki.
