Really enjoyed the intro class!
Came back to try a CP Control, and I just had to sign up. ??
I am a group fitness instructor who has plenty of cardio throughout the week, so I was so exited to try something that is the complete opposite, and still feel like a I got a great workout without compromising my body. Looking forward to tone, strength and lengthen. I feel positive that with this pilates workout I will reach my goal.
I loved that the instructors never pushed a sale or membership, they allowed the class experience to do all the talking on its own.
I loved it and am excited to to add something completely different to my physical activity.
