Big Power Yoga

So many people ask me why I love Barre3 and I never know where to start because there are endless reasons. The studio and Barre3 team are so welcoming. Every workout is unique and thus classes never get dull. I can honestly say I have no preference for instructors because they are all amazing. They never make you feel bad, ever! I can go on and on...if you try a Barre3 class you'll know the moment you walk through the door what I'm talking about!

For all the guys laughing at your women for going, stop! This was one of the most intense full body workouts I've ever had. Plus this studio was amazing!!! A must for any guy looking to get into the best shape of their lives.
