Workouts here are intense and so rewarding. While the different instructors definitely bring their own personalities and styles to each class, all of them make sure you're doing each movement correctly, and provide modifications so you can challenge yourself while still staying within your body's limits.
The classes are a combination of time at the barre, targeted core exercises on a mat, and strength/cardio combos. The workout covers the whole body and also incorporates stretching, so I always leave feeling exhausted in the best possible way.
Inside, the studio is that wonderful combination of airy and cozy - it's not so big that you feel lost and far away from the instructor, but you also have room to breathe and move. It's also next to a Whole Foods, so it's easy to pick up something healthy after class and continue feeling great.
