I was hooked the first week i joined - i never did Pilates before and i was looking for a routine to get in shape with minimal pressure and only some encouragement and guidance. My neighbor, who loves coming as well, recommended i check it out. I went in, signed up for free demo session, signed up for membership, never looked back. I love the studio, location, all the employees- every one! I try to go 5 or 6 times a week and sometimes more than once a day. I absolutely love it and not only am i stronger and feeling better physically and mentally since joining, i have made friends and look forward to continuing ??
