Pilates Platinum is a fun approach to fitness. We’re Pilates reinvented into a cardio and strength training workout. Fifty-five minutes on the state-of-the-art Megaformer is all it takes to transform the way you look and feel. Megaformer workouts are the most inventive and aggressive approach to full-body fat burning and conditioning. Our workout gives you the heart-pumping, muscle-quivering, body-lengthening, muscle-strengthening exercises our body desires. Our small group classes never have more than 14 people in class. Our revolutionary Pilates burn up to 700 calories per workout, and we uniquely never repeat a workout twice. Our minds and bodies crave change, Pilates Platinum provides what the body needs, each and every time.

Pilates Platinum began shortly after Heather Dorak experienced her first workout on a Megaformer, which is a revolutionary version of the Pilates machine, the Reformer. Like many of her current clients, she fell in love with the workout and experienced amazing results after just a short time. Her passion for health and fitness inspired her to open her first studio in Hollywood in 2006 with a small goal in mind to introduce this amazing workout to the community. The phenomenon caught on very quickly, prompting her to open studios in Brentwood, Venice Beach and most recently, Santa Monica.

Pilates Platinum is dedicated to creating a fun and energizing workout that is a journey for the mind, body and core. We believe that great customer service, a beautiful clean studio, state-of-the-art equipment and amazing trainers are the key to creating the best fitness experience for our clients.
