SP Bounce takes it to another level. Sweat Pilates teamed with a fitness trampoline! Get your heart rate up and let the sweat pour! No regular socks and no shoes! Grip socks or bare feet only. Do not eat or drink too much 20 minutes prior to class. Bring a towel, water, and be ready to kick it up!
CoreStretch
CoreStretch is a 75 minute Proformer class combining core-training with deep stretching techniques from Thai yoga and Pilates. This class encourages mindfulness, body awareness, and breath work.
