The Bridge Mind Body Movement

The Bridge Mind Body Movement is a boutique Pilates, Yoga and GYROTONIC® studio located in the historic Arts District of Downton Los Angeles. While the 6th and 7th street bridges are near our studio, we offer downtown L.A. a different kind of bridge, one connecting fitness and mindful healing. Through proper training, body alignment, and focus, we can help you achieve the intentions you set for your health and wellness. We offer a vast array of holistic movement practices, including but not limited to the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® method, Pilates, and Yoga. We are a fully equipped studio with Springboard, Reformer, Large Barrel, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, and Gyrotonic Pulley Tower. Our group classes help our community members motivate each other, and our private sessions help us personalize our services to individual clients. We are also proud partners with Hotel Figueroa in DTLA where we host workshops and special events, and Two Bunch Palms in Desert Hot Springs where we have alternating Bridge Instructors teach classes all day Saturday and Sunday.
