Pilates with Mary Jo Pilates Studio Marietta

I really like this place! I knew about them when they were located in Claremont, but did not think I could afford the price. A friend recently told me that she was going and that they moved a couple miles east to Upland. I have worked with Shawn, Karen and Rachelle and they are all wonderful. This is not “pretty” Pilates, their instructors are all certified Stott, which is a rigorous therapeutic type of focus. I have chronic back pain, but am feeling stronger and less pain after just 4 visits.

So I have been going to SHAWN for about 15 yrs and Hubby about 12. We have followed her in her journey to owning a studio. Have used Om Sweet Om for Pilates and PT. Really a great place with awesome people. Wouldn't go anywhere else. While staff is great.
