barre3 Physical Fitness Pilates And Mill Creek

I just ended my 14 day trial period and can not wait to sign up! Everyone from the staff to the clients were nothing but welcoming! I did Barre (which was quite a workout - thanks Lauren! 😊), Aerial Yoga, Yoga, and Restorative Yoga...and LOVED all of them! All the teachers were so patient, knowledgeable, and nice. I live less than a mile away from the studio and the only negative thing I can say is...how and why did I not come here sooner?! I look forward to continuing on with my journey with Launch Awareness!

My friend & I tried their "14 day trial" trying various types of Yoga, from Cardio to Aerial which is my favorite! We also tried classes in TRX, Pilates, Barre, Qigong, Rolling but still have to take Rowing, Pilates Reformer and few others! All their teachers are amazing and certified to teach their specialty. This is not your typical find your zen kind of place. They have those zen classes but they also have classes for people like me who prefer a more social atmosphere when I workout! So I guess I will be signing up as a regular at Launch so come get fit and fly with me soon!

I’ve been attending classes at Launch Awareness for over a year. I take everything from Yoga and Pilates to Rowing and TRX. I love it here and the instructors are all amazing. I get a great workout and love the community! It’s my fav!!

I took a couple of aerial yoga classes here while visiting from out of town. Communication beforehand was excellent. As soon as I arrived for my first class everyone was very welcoming and positive. I immediately felt at home. The classes were amazing! Great flow, just enough challenge and creativity, also very refreshing and relaxing. It was the perfect oasis. Everyone was great, the facilities were very clean and organized. I hope to stop in again next time I am in town.
