I have worked out all my life; running, biking, swimming, aerobics, weight lifting....you name it and I have done it. I started having problems with arthritis in my knees and my orthopedist suggested Pilates as a first step before PT. In October I went to my first class at Club Pilates and I can honestly say it has helped me in so many ways. I have a stronger, tighter core, better posture, longer, leaner muscles, and my arthritis in my knees is so longer and issue for me. I can now run and bike again without pain, and I am back to cardio workouts almost everyday. Everyone at Club Pilates is so friendly, and the instructors are so encouraging, I am doing things after only six months of classes that I thought I would never do. Thank you all for being so awesome!
