Over the last few months, I have been regularly taking classes and participated in an individualized program at Serenity Yoga to help manage stress and anxiety. It has worked fabulously for me and I feel simultaneously more physically healthy, flexible, and strong, and more mentally calm, collected, and peaceful. Michele (the owner) taught me various "tools," to put in my own personal "toolbox," to deal with anxiety, giving me more confidence to face the world as I get ready to graduate college. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone trying to find more peace and balance in their life, and will be forever grateful to Michele and her yoga team for starting me down my own yoga journey.
