Pilates is a great way to work out your body while cleaning your mind at the same time. I absolutely love coming here. All of the instructors are wonderful and the time moves so quickly, you can hardly believe the class is over when it seems you have just begun. The members are all friendly and fun to be around. I highly recommend giving it a try!

I (along with just about every member of the Club Pilates NHP family) chat all the time about what an amazing studio we have. We are all so lucky to have the best instructors, owners and staff of the Club Pilates franchise - bold statement, yes, but ask any member in the studio and they would agree! As someone who travels often, I have visited many studios so I can say hands down, we have the best instructors at NHP (and same instructors at Garden City)! I was ready to change my life by improving my overall physical and mental well-being with a low impact form of exercise (due to my bad knees) - I’ve done the gym and tried yoga and barre but wanted something that covered it all. I thought that was impossible until I tried Pilates! Highly recommend those of all ages to give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Thanks to Maria that I signed up with Club Pilates since September. I enjoyed coming to classes with different instructors (Maria, Marjorie, Terri, Dawn). They have different styles of teaching and they make it fun that you keep wanting to come back. As Marjorie said “ if you want to have the beach body for next year, so let move.” Thank you ladies for the motivation. Please listen to your body of what you can and can’t do. Please do tell the instructors if you have issues that you can’t do certain moves and they will guide and give you modifications moves to follow.

Just love Club Pilates New Hyde Park! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, The classes are awesome and there’s one for every fitness level and interest. Walking into Club Pilates was one of the best decisions I made for my health-mind,body and soul! If you’re on the fence about trying a class just give an intro class a try. I’m so glad I decided to check out Club Pilates in NHP. What started as a 4 class membership quickly turned into an unlimited one! The studio is brand new and very clean with a very welcoming staff and awesome instructors! I love how Pilates is making me feel stronger. Coming off over a year of injury recuperation, returning to the classes offered at my regular gym was not an option for me. I love the attention I receive and the modifications the instructors share with me so I can feel accomplished after every class! If you’ve never tried Pilates give Club Pilates a try, you’ll be glad you did!

I started here at Club Pilates 6 months ago when it opened and I’m hooked . Great instructors, motivating full body workout whether you are a beginner or advanced athlete. Also clean studio , classes run on time and cheerful staff:)

As an instructor at CP and having owned my own Pilates studio here is my take on Club Pilates and what sets them apart from other studios. Club Pilates New Hyde Park is not your ordinary Pilates Studio. They have over 55 plus classes on the schedule, 7 different formats, 4 levels to suit ur needs w/experienced instructors, not to mention affordable pricing. The place has a fun energetic vibe that can accommodate 12 participants. Each person has their own station which includes a Reformer, a chair, springboard, TRX amongst other props. No one class is the same therefore you’ll never get bored! It has a cool vibe, staff and members are friendly, they play upbeat music and it’s super clean! They also offer free intros 3 days a week. Give it a try! I recommend it for every body type!

I am new to pilates and heard only great things about it. I decided to try the 30 minute introductory class at #clubpilatesnewhydepark and absolutely loved it! I’m in! I have had different instructors and each have their own teaching methods. Some workouts are tougher than others. All the instructors are attentive, making certain you are comfortable on the reformer, and safely following the routines in class. At the end of each class, I walked out feeling stronger, improving my posture and body alignment. Trust me, your body is worth it, I highly recommend you give it a try
