I started coming here last October, with no experience with any type of hot yoga, and wasn't sure if I would be able to handle it. After a trial run of five classes, I decided to continue with it. At first, I would feel more tired than rejuvenated after classes, but that started to change after about ten classes. Each class is tough but rewarding. Now I always feel better after class than I did beforehand. In addition to noticing physical benefits (including the disappearance of my "love handles" after the first several classes, as well as helping me with some lower back issues), I enjoy the effect that it has on relaxing my mind. It is definitely a nice de-stresser. In addition, the instructors are very good and make you want to keep coming back. I don't get to class as often as I would like, but I'm working on that.
