barre3 Physical Fitness Pilates West Village

I started at Barre 3 after my 3rd baby and not having worked out for a long time. The classes are so amazing and effective and the staff/teachers couldn't be nicer or more supportive. I have also been using their babysitting and it is great! Love this studio all around!!

I had my first class back today after having a baby 10 weeks ago. It was such a great workout and it felt so good to have the shakes 'n' quakes again. Best part is the class was free since it's my birthday today! So great to be back with the Barre3 Berwyn family. I have missed them so much!!

Best workout for a woman's body and mind. Nothing else gets me this toned, long and lean. Barre3 isn't just a workout, it's a community. There are so many perks to becoming a member. It truly becomes a lifestyle....the workout, the instructors, the recipes, the clothes, the events...love it all!
