Embracing Your Light

We all have been through our share of dark times — struggles with addiction, abuse, divorce, the loss of loved ones, or even an uneventful, what is tumblr porn yet painful time of disillusionment with our lives. Sometimes we find ourselves in a place that feels so low it seems impossible to bring ourselves back up again.

My own experiences with these dark times have informed and strengthened my work as a coach, equipping me with the knowledge and wisdom to help YOU navigate through seemingly impenetrable circumstances.

So, what has been the result of my personal journey into the world of Integrative Coaching? I now have the tools to navigate through the complexities of life with more ease, more inner peace, and more clarity than I ever dreamed possible. As your coach and guide I will support you through your own personal transformation and help you find your light again.

I originally discovered the work of Debbie Ford when my 31 year marriage was coming to an end, shortly after the death of my mother. My brother had put a book in my hand as I boarded a plane from L.A. to Toronto, Canada, to face my upcoming divorce texasholdem-123 omaha high low rules. I had been in California taking care of my mother, who had been in hospice care at home. This book was called Spiritual Divorce.

At a crucial moment, when I was at the lowest point of my life to date, I opened the book. Amazingly, by the end of the third chapter, my tormented perception of my life completely shifted. There was a pivotal moment when I understood in every cell that I’m not a victim. Life doesn’t happen to me, it happens for me. Everything in our lives truly does happen for a reason. It was also in that moment that I knew something truly profound and wonderful was available to me, if I chose to do this work.

Although it was too late for my marriage, I chose to take the journey and begin doing the work. I have not looked back since. I did heal the regret and remorse, I shifted the anger, the blame and the resentment. I no longer live in that place of judging others for my experiences, holding them responsible. I learned how to take responsibility for my own experience, I learned to forgive. the endless chatter of the mind, choosing instead to tap into the still, quiet voice of guidance from within. I sincerely believe if I can do this…. anyone can!
