I loved the class, the instructor was really great, the guy who said is manager after the Instructer left, is why I wouldn’t go there again, overall if I didn’t come across him, I would go there always

I loved the welcoming atmosphere of the studio and staff. I was in NY traveling with family and was able to attend several classes and I loved all the teachers. I also attended a workshop with the owner, and that was WONDERFUL! I highly recommend checking this studio out!

Best yoga studio Ive ever been to . I searched for a "home" and found one at Sonic. The space is magical. I get excited just knowing Im going in. The instructors are excellent, personable and uniquely individual. I can't say enough good things about Sonic.

Getting to practice yoga while on the road can be challenging. I noticed a sign on the street near my hotel for a studio and decided I would clear my morning and start my day off with some Flow.
