They presented excellent instruction paired with all the tools that you need to improve your skills (a) with the KB's, and (b) as an instructor of KB's. This training gave me the confidence and skills to start my own small-group personal training group at the gym where I'm employed. I get to share my love of KB's--a most effective tool for fitness and fat loss--while making more revenue. Win-win!!

so i searched for a while for a good all around kettlebell class that actually cared about proper movements and for the clients body, and reading about vince and david after the being recommended by one of my NASM educators they sealed my fate . once i took the level 1 class i was hooked i learned way more than i excpected from mike spiegle he was great, and meeting the ceo david and i had a few concerns he was emailing back and forth and actually cared and was concerned and addressed all my issues asap i knew these guys were elite and know in october i will take my level 2 class, what genuine men these guys are..

Great instructor training. The program methodology and progression is what excites me the most. I'm really excited to learn how to apply in a variety of scenarios including as a supplement to strength and power athletic programming. See you guys in the level 2 course!

In the city..mid town..who has a KB class this am?? Otherwise I'm going to Exhale for a Barre class..come on now!

The KBC certification course was comprehensive but not overwheming. What really pushed my rating to a 5 was the material on the website and continued support I found after the course to help me incorporate kettlebells in our facility.

These guys truly get into the why behind the kettle bell!
