Long Island Meditation

We are happy to announce the grand opening of our center in the heart of Great Neck in May 2019! We are so happy to join such  a historical yet open minded community. Long Island Meditation is a very calm and peaceful place to rest the mind and reflect on oneself. At our center, we make available a meditation program to Find Your True Self, which is a groundbreaking practice currently used in over 41 countries and 345 centers globally. Our method is causing a worldwide sensation because it is so simple yet has the capacity to provide life changing results and freedom from one's difficulties, as well as expand human consciousness.
While our main service is helping people find their true self, our main purpose is to serve and help people to improve their quality of life. We strive to help others directly through volunteer work in our community. Some examples are:​

• School, health fair and church meditation workshops

• Serving food to the needy

• Trash cleanup

• Helping the elderly with daily tasks

• Toy and coat drives

• Safely removing invasive plants in parks

• Helping various other non-profits
