Om Factory Yoga

Beautiful building and location but I ended up with a back injury after taking a poorly structured "beginner" yoga class here. I am a certified fitness instructor not a couch potato who tried to do too much after years of inactivity. I went to a chiropractor recommended by the studio that turned out to be so bad, after several sessions, I could not walk. Now, I am under the care of a grest chiropractor but I can no longer teach fitness classes because of the back injury caused by the yoga class. I would never recommend taking classes here.

This place has been life-changing for me! The staff, my fellow students, the teachers, the owner...AMAZING PEOPLE.

This studio is absolutely amazing! The studio has so much to offer over the run of the mill fitness yoga place. So much to try and explore here. If you get the chance to go here, GO! The facility is absolutely gorgeous and everyone is very welcoming. The studio feels like a retreat and there is even outside space for yoga or even sitting and having lunch while you watch the ducks in the pond. And Deb the owner is fantastic! GO GO GO!

I had the privilege of participating in the first fire circle of this year. Even the raindrops couldn’t dampen the amazing spirit and power of this group. I felt warmly welcomed and my spirit was given strength.

Great studio with so much variety. Something for everyone and always an opportunity to try break out of your comfort zone and try something new!
