Sacred Sounds Yoga Studio

I come to ocean yoga for massage at least once a year to treat myself. I've mostly had massages from Lisa (who incorporates hot stone into her massage) and she is amazing. Yesterday I had made a last minute appointment for a half hour massage with Jeff. He asked if I had anything scheduled for later, and if not if he could go over. It was an amazing massage. As always the studio is warm and inviting, with kind staff who are happy but also relaxed. The perfect studio to be so near the beach.

I hadn't taken yoga in years until I found this place right by my apartment. I desperately needed a mind and body workout due to uncontrollable panic attacks with not feeling well physically. I bought the $39 new student special for unlimited yoga for a month and glad I did. I took one class and already feel centered. I'm already starting to feel my old self again. I plan on going as much as I can to reap the benefits of this mind and body nurturing place. There are some things a regular gym can't do and just heal your mental health like this wonderful place is showing me. �

I'm a new member but have been looking for a yoga studio for years now and I finally found it. I try every class based on my availability and no instructor has disappointed me yet. I love the studio, the set up, the staff & their instructors are all great. Good job Ocean Yoga! Keep it up!

It is a very nice studio. Very clean and spacious. Jackie is a great instructor for the prenatal yoga class. The class is all about light stretching and light yoga. My lower back was hurting prior to her class she made sure to ask about my needs. We did some back stretches, which really helped. I'll be going back!

No energy in this studio! Boring. Flat. I also didn't feel it was a balanced practice. It was suppose to be an advanced class and no time made or prompts for balancing or inversions. We had to face each other in the room on our mats. Have NEVER experienced that anywhere and disliked it tremendously.
