I was very pleased with the authenticity and spirit this weekend at Ananda. I had a wonderful conversation with the chef. As a holistic foodie I am mighty particular with ingredients, recipes and presentation. I like simple, natural, and delicious. Bingo! Kitchen chefs know what they're doing. Impressed. I was invited to spend time in the kitchen next visit. You bet! Live and learn! Tao Pirchon- Lynch was an incredible presenter. She's a special, gifted teacher, and human being.
