I don't comment often on Facebook but I have to say, when Vishen and Emily did their promotional video on the Ziva meditation...the "M" word technique, I was curious. Clearly, everything I had been doing to try to slow myself down and get clear and focused wasn't working or not enough to notice anyway. So I signed up and started learning to do the M word technique. It's really hard to describe what happens when you meditate....but something definitely does! I have only missed one day since I started in October and I do everything to get it into my day! The changes I noticed right away were things like "not being a pushover like I used to be", "I'm more clear on the things I need and want", and can state them without feeling awkward or intimidated. ? "I can organize myself better", I even think better in terms of not being so distracted for example. My husband has noticed big time and tells me all the time how different I am. He tells others as well how I'm different (better) and it's because I meditate everyday. How this is all happening with meditation I'm not sure but if you listen to Emily and hear what she tells you about it, trust it and give it a try....it's all true! The benefits are there. Yes, there are days when it's not as much fun and days when it's an amazing experience but I believe them when they say daily practice is key. It is a practice, as important as brushing your teeth.....and I will continue on with it. Looking forward to learning more! Thank you Emily!
