Osho Padma is located on Barrow Street in the historic West Village of Manhattan. It is coordinated by Satya Priya. A variety of Osho meditations are offered each week. It is an oasis in the city: a place to drop anxieties and tension; a place to close one’s eyes for an hour or so, relax, laugh, cry, dance, and just be silent and leave the madness of the world and mind behind.
Osho Padma is an opportunity, an invitation, to participate, to experiment, to see for oneself first-hand what meditation is all about — not just what has been read in books or heard from others. All weekly events happen at this location except for Dynamic Meditation, where an outside space is rented so that noise can be made, so that one can let go into this transforming, active meditation without holding back, worrying about others, or sitting on one’s energy.
