They are truly one of the best places to practice Pilates !! I’ve been to many Pilates studios and often times not felt very challenged. Platies pro works has a really healthy and safe approach to make your practice as difficult or as simple as you need it to be. I practice power Vinyasa and weightlifting daily and every time I go to a class at Pilates ProWorks I feel super strong, like I worked muscles I don’t usually work without the pain and stress on my joints. The studio is so clean, organized, timel, and the teachers are very knowledgeable and passionate at what they do !! I seriously love this place!

After 16 months of being a member here, I can't say enough good things about this place and the instructors, but I'll try. First of all, the place is clean, bright and the equipment is maintained in a manner that shows both pride and integrity on the part of staff/management. It is also really nice, quality equipment.

I had never worked out on "reformers" prior to coming here. The instructors are incredibly encouraging, funny and kind, as are fellow attendees. Three years later this workout still kicks my butt - in a good way! Class maximum is 12 which allows the instructors to easily walk the room and provide tweaks to my form. They always emphasize quality over quantity and paying attention to where your body is on any given day. It's a quick 55 minutes!
