I ♥️♥️♥️ Mid American Fitness. The staff, instructors, are very helpful and knowledgeable. There are classes there for all ages and gender. I highly recommend checking the facility out.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! Everyone I met, instructors, other staff, even the people in the classes were great. It is such a positive and friendly environment, how could I not love it? There are so many classes to choose from and even though I started with Zumba, Werq, and Spin, I added Tabata, Interval XT, and others that are similar and there was never a dull moment. There are so many more that I didn't even try, there is literally something for everyone! I cannot wait to come back over the holidays when I'm not in school.

Instructors here are very well trained & current. Classes are fun, yet intensive enough (yet you can still back them down, if you choose to). I keep coming back since 2008–the studio is airy & clean, classes are convenient & varied, the staff delivers professionalism with a smile.

What an amazing group of people!! I love this place! From Karen down to the staff and clientel, they all rock and are such an inspiration!! I love the instructors and the Les Mills classes! They are in alignment with everything my FITTEAM products and company represents ~ something that is safe, effective, state of the art and has character and integrity! Love!
